COLOMBO (News 1st): The Director-General of Health Services confirmed that SEVEN (07) COVID-19 deaths were reported in the country on Tuesday (Mar. 02), raising Sri Lanka’s COVID-19 death toll to 483.
The details of the deceased are as follows:
01. An 87-year-old female from Colombo 15. She died on 01.03.2021 at her residence. The cause of death is mentioned as Covid pneumonia, acute diabetes, acute kidney disease and high-blood pressure.
02. An 89-year-old female from Colombo 05. She died on 01.03.2021 at her residence. The cause of death is mentioned as Covid pneumonia and acute diabetes.
03. A 78-year-old female from Colombo 15. She died on 02.03.2021 while receiving treatment at the Colombo General Hospital. The cause of death is mentioned as Covid pneumonia, acute diabetes and high-blood pressure. ....
