Ohio man arrested in Randolph County sex sting WINCHESTER, Ind. A 36-year-old Ohio man reportedly maintained age is just a stupid number during his online dealings with a person he believed to be a 13-year-old girl. However, Brian Christopher Cox of Greenville who reportedly tried to arrange sex with the juvenile was actually communicating with a detective for the Randolph County Sheriff s Department. Cox was arrested Friday on preliminary counts of attempted child molesting and attempted child solicitation. Detective Monte Gaddis wrote his dealings with Cox were initiated by the Greenville man via Facebook Messenger on April 14. According to an affidavit, Cox quickly began discussing sex and making lewd comments, and proposed a sexual encounter both with the girl he believed he was communicating with and her 15-year-old best friend. ....
