Friends compete to earn the most Velocity points at 7-Eleven July 8, 2021 1:31 7-Eleven has launched a campaign to celebrate the ability to earn Velocity Frequent Flyer points at 7-Eleven via CHE Proximity. It was announced in May this year that members of Virgin Australia’s loyalty program would be able to earn points at 7-Eleven stores. The spots see a pair of friends competing with one another to see who can earn the most points at 7-Eleven. Adam Jacka, head of marketing communications at 7-Eleven said: “As lockdowns ease, we are excited to help people take to the skies again by making earning Points everyday easier. Whether it’s an early morning freshly ground coffee, a delicious wrap for lunch, a fill up on fuel or a treat on the go, our customers can now earn Velocity Points to get to their next reward faster. ....

April 23, 2021 9:33 Toyota has opened a suggestion box for AFL fans to have their say on how the automaker can make the league better for everyone. No suggestion is too great or too small, with Toyota itself suggesting footy uniforms designed specifically for women and better lighting at community football fields in the TVC to launch the initiative. The suggestion box launches off the back of Toyota’s 13 years sponsorship with the AFL and aims to raise awareness of its ‘Good for Footy’ which has supported footy on all levels from grassroots to elite. The program has raised more than $7 million dollars for local footy clubs across the country. ....
Toyota unveils movie trailer GR Series campaign via Gemba February 12, 2021 11:26 Toyota is set to show off the Toyota Gazoo Racing team to Australian audiences at Moonlight Cinema events, with a new cinema-only spot featuring the GR Yaris and GR Supra performance vehicles. The campaign was created with sport and entertainment agency Gemba, and features a hero video shot in the style of a blockbuster movie commercial. The spot starts with a classic movie trailer ‘rating slide’, before kicking off with some typical introductory action dialogue, soundtracked by a bass-heavy soundtrack. The GR Supra and GR Yaris are ‘starring’ in the ‘trailer’, as implied heroes and villains are pitted against one another on the track and on the streets. ....
