Ann Arbor’s Jagged Fork opened last January and offers brunch standards with special twists, like a house-made sriracha maple syrup, locally-sourced corn tortillas and a family recipe for their huevos rancheros sauce and hand-battered cajun fried chicken and waffles. Owner Mike Kemsley said the pandemic cleared out the DTE Energy offices upstairs that helped the business get off the ground when it opened, but with the return of dine-in service, weekends are even busier than expected.
