It was a nightmare before Christmas in Hinckley, Ohio. The WJW/Nexstar Media Wire reports via NBC4 that local police have been investigating an incident in which a three-year-old boy and his dog were abandoned in a snowy cemetery only two days before the holiday.
FOX8 reports how a woman driving through Hope Memorial Gardens on the afternoon of Dec. 23 witnessed a blue, mid-sized car driving out of the area. The car was being trailed by a little boy running after it, his dog in tow. The car did not stop, but turned west onto State Route 3030. ....

The two suspects arrested for the abandonment of a 2-year-old boy at a Mississippi Goodwill donation center last week are now facing federal kidnapping charges, while the boy’s mother has alleged that the male suspect attempted to force her into prostitution.
Jeremy Fitzgerald, 34, and Turliscea Turner, 29, are accused of deserting the toddler, who was discovered by an employee at a donation center in Southaven, Mississippi shortly before 10 a.m. on Dec. 14. U.S. Attorney David Michael Dunavant announced on Thursday that the Memphis-based duo had been federally charged with kidnapping, according to a press release about the complaint. ....

(CNN) Two people are facing federal charges in the case of a 2-year-old boy who was abandoned at a Mississippi Goodwill store earlier this week.
Jeremy Fitzgerald, 34, and Turliscea Turner, 29, of Memphis, Tennessee, have been charged with kidnapping the child, the US Attorney s Office in Western Tennessee announced.
The boy was dropped off Monday at a Southaven Goodwill store with nothing but a bag of clothes and a note. Police say a bystander had called to report that a man wearing black jogging pants and a cowboy hat had left the child there. ....

Two individuals from Tennessee are facing federal kidnapping charges after a 2-year-old boy was abandoned at a Mississippi Goodwill drop-off.
Child welfare workers have taken custody of the boy who was
left at the Southaven Goodwill on Monday morning with a change of clothes and a note that said, child abandoned…no phone number for mom.
Local news media said the boy s name was Sergio. ....
