MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY Despite having some of the steepest drops in home sale prices of any neighborhood last year, much of Midtown still ranked among the priciest New York City neighborhoods in 2020, according to a new study.
The 50 neighborhoods with the highest median home sale prices last year included six neighborhoods in Midtown, according to the report released Tuesday by the real estate website PropertyClub.
The top Midtown-area locale was Hudson Yards, which recorded a median sale price of $3.2 million in 2020 trailing only NoHo, which led all of New York at $3.25 million. ....
