The clash ended all square at Champion Hill after Ellie Searle’s opportunistic early second half strike was later cancelled out by a last gasp equaliser from Dulwich’s Lucy Monkman. This was the R’s first game in the Spring Round Robin fixtures and a teaser of what to expect in next week’s semi-final in the Capital Women’s Cup against the same opponent. The game started evenly with both teams sharing possession of the ball however, it was Rangers who had the first shot on target when Tiffany Skinner tried her luck from distance, but her shot was comfortably saved by Mia North in the Dulwich goal.

The R’s stormed into an early three goal lead, thanks to a double from Jenny Moore and a strike from Ellie Searle, before being pegged back on the stroke of half-time. But a confident second half from Quashie’s side ensured that goals from Katie Akerman, Milly Cutler and Demi Edwards wrapped up the perfect afternoon on their return to action.
