Millinocket council approves settlement for former deputy February 12, 2021 GMT MILLINOCKET, Maine (AP) The Millinocket Town Council has voted unanimously to approve a settlement with a former chief police deputy who filed a harassment complaint against the former chief. The details of the agreement with Janet Theriault have not yet been made public, the Bangor Daily News reported. According to the council, Theriault has been on administrative leave since February 2020 and has a case with the Maine Human Rights Commission related to a harassment complaint filed with the town against former Police Chief Craig Worster.
