Car flips in two-car smash at Mooloolaba

Two women have been treated by paramedics after a car flipped on to its side in a two-car smash in Mooloolaba on Thursday morning.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said a vehicle collided with a parked car on Douglas St just before 11am.
The spokeswoman said the two people in the car were assessed on scene by paramedics.
A woman in her 40s suffered neck pain, and a woman in her 30s reported no injuries.
Both women declined transport to hospital.
A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services crew were called to the crash but were not needed. ....

Community group fears number fudging on feedback

A standoff over a car parking space has gone viral on social media after a middle-aged woman, dubbed a Karen , stood in front of the vacant spot with her dog to reserve it.
The footage, which was posted to TikTok on Wednesday, shows the woman standing with her hands on her hips in front of the parking spot in Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast.
