FANCY FARM, Ky. (KFVS) - A Fancy Farm man was convicted on multiple charged including rape and kidnapping.
On May 7, a jury convicted Jackie Wayne Jerome, 47, for first-degree rape, first-degree burglary, kidnapping, violating a domestic violence order and terroristic threatening.
According to Attorney General Daniel Cameron, on March 21, Jerome broke into his wife’s house, threatened her, raped her and forced her to drive him around town until he released her.

MAYFIELD, Ky. (KFVS) - A Mayfield, Kentucky woman was injured in a hit-and-run-crash on Thursday, March 4.
The crash happened at the intersection of West Broadway and North 15th Street in Mayfield.
According to Mayfield Police, 75-year-old Peggy Doran was stopped on Broadway waiting to turn onto North 15th St. when a small, white car crashed into the rear of her vehicle.
The vehicle turned onto North 15th St. and did not stop at the crash scene.
