Apple releases macOS Big Sur 11.3 with support for AirTag, iPhone and iPad app improvements for M1 Macs and more
Apple has released macOS Big Sur 11.3, the next update that adds a lot of features includes support for AirTag, includes iPhone and iPad app improvements for Macs with M1, introduces separate skin tone variations for emoji with couples, and adds more diverse voice options for Siri.
The update also fixes a lot of issues including issues with the iCloud Keychain, external 4K monitors, Dwell feature in the Accessibility Keyboard and more. It also patches a security vulnerability that reportedly could have allowed a hacker to remotely access a user’s sensitive data by tricking a user into opening a spoofed document.

Today, Apple is releasing all-new developer betas for iOS 14.5, iPadOS 14.5, watchOS 7.4, tvOS 14.5, and macOS Big Sur 11.3. They're the fourth developer betas for each, so there isn't much in terms of new features since the last ones, but if you're testing them out, they're worth installing for stability purposes.
For updates that are in testing just a few months ahead of WWDC and the announcement of the next major updates, these actually pack a bunch of new features. They're going to come with a bunch of new emoji characters, as well as support for the new generation of Xbox and PlayStation controllers. You'll also find that you can now report speed traps and traffic hazards in Apple Maps.

Today, Apple is seeding release candidates for iOS 14.4, iPadOS 14.4, watchOS 7.3, tvOS 14.4, and macOS 11.2 Big Sur to developers. They're the next minor updates for each of Apple's platforms. In fact, these are actually even more minor than the previous ones, which were more along the lines of mid-stream feature updates.
For iOS 14.4, you can now scan smaller QR codes with the camera, and you can also now classify Bluetooth device types for headphones and such. Also, and this might be an issue for some, but you'll get a notification if your iPhone's camera isn't considered genuine if you're using a device from the iPhone 12 series. There are also fixes for image artifacts in HDR photos, the Fitness widget, and more.
