Dryden Ski Club Facebook Page It’s been a short but sweet season at the Dryden Ski Club and it’s expected to come to an end this weekend. Matt Corbett says volunteers and staff will be out in full force tomorrow to prepare for their traditional season-ending event. “Friday night we’ll be out there. We’ve got a skid steer and we’re going to be moving some snow to make it available for us to ski. But we’re going to build a Slush Cup area and going to be pumping up some water for us to have a Slush Cup here at the Dryden Ski Club.” ....

Dryden Ski Club The Dryden Ski Club is patiently waiting out a province-wide lockdown. President Matt Corbett says from now until January 9, alpine skiing isn’t allowed and the main chalet is closed. Corbett notes cross-country skiing is currently allowed at the hill. The trails are being groomed on a regular basis during snowfalls and you are asked to abide by physical distancing rules. Corbett says they can’t wait to get going early in the new year. “We would like to wish everybody a Happy Holiday and a Happy New Year and we look forward to seeing everybody in the near future. Please keep your ear to the ground and once we know more we will definitely reach out the public and inform you of when we are open.” ....
