Gov. Larry Hogan on Tuesday detailed a statewide response to heavy snowfall and other severe weather forecasted for Wednesday and Thursday.
Parts of the state, including Baltimore, Carroll and Harford counties, are under a winter storm warning. Baltimore City and Baltimore, Cecil, Harford, Howard and Montgomery counties are under a winter storm watch.
“As our state braces for its first major winter weather event this season, we have mobilized an all-hands-on-deck effort to keep Marylanders safe,” Hogan said in a statement. “Stay tuned to your local forecasts for the latest updates, heed the guidance of state and local authorities, and most importantly, use common sense.” ....
