FLINT, MI The Flint pediatrician who first found elevated levels of lead in the blood of Flint children during the city’s water crisis is advising against the use of a portable bone scanning devise for children one that’s being used to help win higher money awards as part of a $641-million settlement between residents, the state of Michigan and others.
