HACC awarded $100,000 grant to use for diversity initiatives Updated Apr 29, 2021; HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, will receive $100,000 from the BB&T now Truist Economic Growth Fund at the Lancaster County Community Foundation to support diversity initiatives and an inclusive excellence mentoring program at HACC’s Lancaster Campus. The funds will be administered by the HACC Foundation, a nonprofit organization established in 1985 to raise funds for HACC, a press release sent out Thursday said. On April 22, the BB&T now Truist Economic Growth Fund at the Lancaster County Community Foundation named HACC and six other Lancaster-area higher education institutions as recipients of nearly $850,000 in grant investments.
