BLADENSBURG, Md. A woman was struck and killed on Baltimore/Washington Parkway early Tuesday morning in Bladensburg, according to the U.S. Park Police.
The incident happened around 4:30 a.m. on BW Parkway neat Maryland Route 202, police said.
The car that struck the woman stayed at the scene following the incident.
At this time, northbound lanes on BW Parkway near MD 202 are closed. Traffic is being diverted to the MD 202 exit ramp, U.S. Park Police Sgt. Norment said. ....
