Armenia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations provided updates on road conditions on Friday morning.
In particular, the roadway leading from Amberd high mountain meteorological station to Amberd Fortress in Aragatsotn Province is open to traffic, while the roadway leading to Lake Kari is difficult to pass.
According to the Department of Emergency Situations of Georgia s Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Crisis Management Center (CMC) of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in North Ossetia, Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is open to all vehicles.

MOSCOW, April 29. /TASS/. The second Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) flight with a shipment of anti-Covid aid for India has landed in the Indira Gandhi International Airport, a TASS correspondent reported.
The first flight landed at the same airport at about 01:30 local time (about 23:00 Wednesday Moscow time). At present the first plane is being unloaded. The Indian Red Cross Society, which is the consignee of the cargo, will distribute it among medical facilities.
Earlier Kremlin announced that more than 22 tonnes of cargo were sent to India on two flights of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, including 20 pieces of equipment for oxygen support, 75 artificial lung ventilation devices, 150 medical monitors and 200,000 packages of drugs for the treatment of coronavirus infection. ....

Some roads are closed in Armenia as of Monday morning, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.
In particular, the roadways leading from Amberd high mountain meteorological station to Amberd Fortress and Lake Kari of Aragatsotn Province are shut down.

YAKUTSK, April 14. /TASS/. Hydrology models are able to forecast floods in Yakutia’s Arctic settlements, a leading expert of the Melnikov Permafrost Institute (the Russian Academy of Sciences’ Siberian Branch) Nikita Tananayev told TASS.
Every year, spring floods affect hundreds of settlements in the Far East. Yakutia is among Russian regions where floods are most often. Its 123 settlements, where 453,000 live, are located in the areas of regular floods.
