After raiding Raj Kundra’s Juhu Bungalow and several office spaces, the Mumbai Police has now summoned three people for questioning in the porn film case. Mumbai Police has stated that the Property Cell of its Crime Branch has summoned three people including actress Gehana Vasisth, all of them are likely to appear before the investigating agency today.

After having searched Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra s Juhu residence on Friday evening for over 6 hours, Crime Branch officials probing the case against the businessman left the place with the actress recorded statement. Now, a report in Mid-Day quoted a police official and informed that in her questioning, Shilpa reportedly denied being involved in the production of pornographic videos. Further, it was reported that in the raid, the Crime Branch officials seized electronic gadgets from their house.
As per the Mid-Day report, a police official said, She (Shilpa Shetty) said that the movies available on Hotshot are not pornography but erotica. She also said that nowadays, similar content is available on the various OTT platforms and in fact, some are more obscene than what is available on Hotshot. Reportedly, the bus ....

After the Mumbai Crime Branch carried out a 6 long hour search at Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra s Juhu residence on Friday evening, the investigating team left the premises after recording the actress’ statement in the pornography case.
Now according to a Mid-Day report, Shilpa Shetty has so far denied her involvement in the alleged offence of transmission of sexually explicit content. Reportedly, Shilpa has also claimed while recording her statement to the investigating team that films available on Kundra’s app Hotshot are not ‘pornography but erotica’ while citing ‘more obscene’ examples from other OTT platforms.
