There s a free COVID clinic, said Shannon Powell, with the state Department of Agriculture.The Summer Food Fest kicked off Friday and continues through Sunday. It runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day at the Giant Expo Hall at the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg.Parking is free. ....
