The Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office reports a suspected drug trafficker was taken into custody Wednesday following an investigation into a domestic disturbance. Deputies were dispatched to the 2300 block of Redwood Road approximately four miles southeast of Guthrie Center in response to the complaint and took 43-year-old Robert James Fuller of rural Guthrie Center into custody for first-offense domestic abuse assault. While investigating the incident, authorities located evidence of drug activity inside Fuller’s residence. Law enforcement executed a search warrant and located more than 40 grams of methamphetamine, marijuana, three firearms and signs of drug dealing. As a result, Fuller is also charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine over five grams, a class B felony, drug tax stamp violations, a class D felony, keeping a premises for controlled substance usage, an aggravated misdemeanor, first-offense possession of marijuana, a serious misdemeanor, and p ....
