Ex-boyfriend of missing Shelby woman arrested in Mansfield for kidnapping, woman still not found

MANSFIELD, Ohio (WOIO) - The ex-boyfriend accused of kidnapping 33-year-old Melinda Kay Davis of Shelby is behind bars while she is still missing.
The Richland County Sheriff Steve Sheldon, Shelby Police Chief Lance Combs, and United States Marshal Pete Elliott confirmed John Henry Mack Jr. was arrested on Thursday.
Mack was wanted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for Davis’ kidnapping and has had a warrant out for his arrest was since Feb. 26. ....
