The Morning Pointe Foundation will welcome golfers to the Lookout Mountain Club on May 11 for the 6 annual Mastering Memory Care golf tournament, presented by First Horizon Bank and Propel Insurance Services, Inc. This tournament brings together donors, executives and golf enthusiasts from across the region who will hit the links to help raise funds for the Morning Pointe Foundation. The non-profit provides nursing scholarships at community colleges across the Southeast and caregiver support programs for families with aging loved ones. Last year, the event had to be cancelled due to the global pandemic. ....

PARMA, Ohio The looming threat of spring showers and torrential rains leading to flooding issues finds Parma currently taking a proactive approach.
One area of focus is the Pleasant Valley and Ridge road intersection, which had to be briefly closed nearly two years ago after more than four inches of rain fell in the southwest portion of the city. ....

For the sixth year in a row, 25 teams from throughout the Tennessee Valley will assemble on May 11, at the Lookout Mountain Club for the Morning Pointe Foundation’s annual Mastering Memory Care golf tournament, presented by First Horizon and Propel Insurance Services, Inc. This will be the first time the tournament has been held since 2019, as the 2020 event was cancelled due to the global pandemic. Since inception, the Morning Pointe Foundation has given out over 60 community college scholarships to further the education of the next generation of nurses in senior care. ....
