A Jackson business owner has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate the federal Clean Water Act.Prosecutors said Andrew Walker, 70, took part in illegally dumping large amounts of untreated industrial waste into the Jackson sewer system. Walker owns Rebel High Velocity Sewer Services. Authorities said Walker participated in dumping more than 3 million gallons of untreated water into the sewer system from November 2016 to October 2017. Walker pleaded guilty Wednesday in federal court in Jackson. He faces up to eight years in prison. Sentencing has not been scheduled. ....
