Randolph County man accused of distributing child porn
A Randolph County man is accused of distributing or reproducing child sex abuse material, according to a press release from the Sheriff s Office. 
Cecil Richard Weeks, Jr., 43, was originally arrested on Oct. 23 and charged with felony failure to inform of new/changes to online identifiers by a registered sex offender. Weeks was convicted of possession of child pornography in 2013, according to the North Carolina Sex Offender and Public Protection Registry. 
After further investigation into the October arrest, Weeks was arrested again on Thursday, Dec. 17 on four counts of felony sexual degree sexual exploitation of a minor.  ....
