Raymond Blanc launches cookery school on Zoom from £90 per class


Raymond Blanc is set to launch an online cookery school promising to teach students techniques and secrets from his two-Michelin starred kitchen, from the comfort of their own home.
The French-born celebrity chef, 71, will run the classes through his restaurant, the Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat Saisons in Great Milton, Oxfordshire.
Prices start at £90 per person for the two hour cookery courses, and include tuition as well as the ingredients, equipment list, recipes, and a Raymond Blanc Cookery School apron and copy of ‘Foolproof French Cookery .
