FLINT, MI If you have ever stepped foot into Luigi’s and El Toro Sports Bar in Flint, chances are you met Margie Lovett and she made you feel right at home.
Lovett, an employee turned family member to the Luigi’s team, died Saturday, Jan. 2 from kidney disease.
The 71-year-old Lovett was known best by her fellow employees, who refer to themselves as her family.
She spent more than 30 years working at the restaurant, building relationships with the community and each of the employees.
