SEIBERT Local business owner Justin Seibert was appointed Wednesday by the Wheeling Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors to a seat on the Wheeling Park Commission. Seibert, founder and president of Direct Online Marketing, will take the seat of Wilbur S. Jones Jr., whose term ends Feb. 28. At his exit, Jones will have served on the commission for more than 41 years. “I appreciate the confidence that the Wheeling Area Chamber has shown in me and am honored by the opportunity,” Seibert said. “Our parks system of Wheeling Park and Oglebay Resort are the crown jewels of our community. I look forward to working to grow and manage this important asset.” ....
