Biography
Richard Childs QPM was a police officer between 1973 and 2003 and between then and 2015 he ran his own private consultancy in the policing, security, postal, parking and automotive industries as well as advising on corporate governance and workforce. Formerly a chair of Lincolnshire Primary Care Trust, he is currently chair of Lincolnshire West Clinical Commissioning Group and is a chair of General Dental Council Fitness to Practice panels. He lives in Nottinghamshire.
