Mid-Michigan Health Offering Vaccine Incentive for Employees

Mid-Michigan Health Offering Vaccine Incentive for Employees
May 27, 2021
A local hospital system is offering an incentive for their employees to get vaccinated against covid-19.
Mid-Michigan Health is including any employees who get at least one dose of the vaccine by June 25th, in a raffle to win $1,000.
They’ll choose ten winners in all.
The hospital’s chief medical officer says 63% of all employees have received the vaccine, but they’d like to get that number to 70% or higher.
“What we’re really hoping, is that some of the people that are on the fence, or are saying I want to wait just a little bit longer to see if more information pops up, that will convince them it’s okay to get, we’re hoping that it will drive that group towards just getting it done,” said Chief Medical Officer Dr. Lydia Watson. ....
