AFTER THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE HIRED A CHICAGO FIRM TO CONDUCT A TOP-TO-BOTTOM REVIEW OF LMPD, THE FIRM’S FINDINGS INCLUDE A LACK OF COMMUNITY TRUST, LOW MORALE AMONG OFFICERS, AND RACIAL DISPARITIES IN TRAFFIC STOPS AND ARRESTS.
