A man previously admitted breaching a non-harassment order by following his former partner and tailgating her car through streets in Nairn.
The order had been imposed on Lee Macdonald for previous incidents involving him and his wife, who lives in Nairn.
Sentence had been deferred for a background report, and it was deferred again so Macdonald (38) could be assessed for a rehabilitation programme for domestic abusers. ....

A businessman who breached a non-harassment order has escaped a jail sentence.
But strict conditions were imposed on Lee Macdonald (38), including a requirement he attend a domestic abuse rehabilitation programme.
Admitting previous convictions involving the same woman he also pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening manner towards her and driving carelessly in Nairn. ....
