A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: Leeds City Council and West Yorkshire Police worked in partnership to obtain Partial Closure Orders on all communal areas, across thirteen residential tower blocks in the Lincoln Green area of Leeds.
The action was taken as part of Leeds City Council and West Yorkshire Police’s ongoing commitment to tackle anti-social behaviour and associated criminality within the buildings, whilst providing support to residents.
The order prevents access to all areas of the buildings including the foyer, lifts and stairwells unless visiting a resident or with the prior permission from Leeds City Council. ....
