SLYBT to Host Training Event Share this post: THE St. Lucia Youth Business Trust (SLYBT), Thursday, hosted a training session on Financial Literacy as part of the St. Lucia Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture’s Small Member Support Program (SMSP). The SMSP was developed to build the capacity of MSMEs by providing Information, Skills and Knowledge, Tools and Support Services. Another such training opportunity under this umbrella, this time in the area of Financial Planning and Budgeting for Small Businesses, will be held next week. Financial Planning and Budgeting for Small Businesses will be aimed at assisting persons in understanding how they can ascertain insight regarding the general financial status and proficiency of their operations. This program was built to offer Information, Skills and Knowledge, Tools and Support Services Programs to help strengthen MSMEs among Chamber Membership and the wider business community.
