Updated 1/24/2021 10:40 AM Residents of Lexington Square Lombard and Elmhurst senior living communities experienced an exceptional culinary delight during the holidays. It was so well received that the experience will be replicated quarterly and will also be launched as a marketing initiative. Showcasing the retirement communities partnership with HHS Hospitality Services, Lexington presented a seasonal food preparation demonstration, comparable to popular shows on the Food Network.
Chef extraordinaire Andrew Coates, a culinary superstar who has been featured on TV and has won a variety of national competitions, led the event that was televised and streamed to residents apartments. ....
