Pennsylvania voters said ‘yes’ to all four questions on Tuesday’s statewide primary ballot, including amendments to the PA Constitution.  Pennsylvanians approved an amendment that would limit a governor’s disaster declaration to 21 days, and said ‘yes’ to an amendment that would empower state lawmakers to remove the governor’s disaster declarations with a two-thirds vote.  Voters also chose to prohibit denial of rights based on an individual’s race, and said ‘yes’ to allowing first responders and fire companies to apply for loans.
 
Restaurants, bars and other food establishments that suffered operational losses due to the COVID-19 pandemic and shutdown orders may be eligible for funding from the U.S. Small Business Administration through the Restaurant Revitalization Fund.  Businesses are eligible for up to $10 million, and no more than $5 million per physical location. Recipients are not required ....

She brought her two children into this world, nurtured them through their earliest years. She packed their lunch on the first day of school, hung on for dear life as they learned to drive and went above and beyond racing them to and from school events and activities. 
Now here they are, 10 years later, Lisa and her son Matthew, spending nearly every day together commuting to and from work. ....

Janice I. Seager, 65, of Belleville, passed away Monday, Dec. 28, 2020 at Mount Nittany Medical Center.
Born Aug. 25, 1955 in Johnstown, she was a daughter of the late Owen Hershberger and Beulah (Eash) Hershberger of Johnstown. On March 25, 1978, she married Bob L. Seager. Mr. Seager resides at their home in Belleville.
Surviving also are her sons, Shawn R. Seager of Baltimore, MD and Cody W. Seager of Mifflin County, her siblings, Joan Sala; Dave Hershberger & wife Sarah; Dwight Hershberger & wife Jo; Joyce Horner & husband Jack; and Dennis Hershberger & wife Lorraine as well as a number of “adopted” kids & special nieces & nephews.
Jan did clerical work at the hospital in Johnstown following her graduation from high school. She then became a transportation aide in the radiology department at Lewistown Hospital, and following a layoff from there, she went to work with Lewis Line doing installation and servicing. Jan also was employed in home health care for a ....
