Supreme Court today dismissed the petition filed by students against AKTU s decision to conduct offline examinations for the university.

Supreme Court today dismissed the petition filed by a group of students challenging AKTU’s decision to conduct offline examination. Refusing any intervention, the three judge bench constituting of Justice Khanwilkar, Justice Indu Malhotra and Justice Ajay Rastogi issued orders for the same.

Petition drafted by Advocates Krishna Kumar and Nandani Gupta on behalf of the petitioners had argued that the decision to conduct offline examination was not conducive in present circumstances.
