A 20-year-old Louisville man died after the kayak he was in capsized off the coast of North Carolina.Officials with the Cape Hatteras National Seashore, part of the National Park Service, said the kayaking accident happened Tuesday and the Louisville man was reported missing just after 1:30 p.m.According to investigators, the Louisville man, who has not been identified, was with two other individuals in a kayak when it capsized in the Pamlico Sound, between the villages of Avon and Buxton, North Carolina.Officials said two of the kay ....
