Over the next two to three years the newly-merged Auckland Unlimited will be developing a co-ordinated cultural infrastructure plan that should bring much-debated projects back on the table, with funding options. Defining projects such the mana whenua cultural centre, performing arts studios at Aotea Square, and even a new city stadium could come alive. The infrastructure plan is one of the high priorities for Nick Hill, who became the chief executive of the new economic and cultural development agency Auckland Unlimited when Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development (Ateed) and Regional Facilities Auckland (RFA) merged on December 1. ....

(KAIT) - Despite challenges in 2020, Jonesboro Unlimited has announced that 842 jobs were added to the cityâs economy. At the end of year four of their five-year strategic plan, a total of nearly 4,000 new jobs were created over four years, per a press release. Chris Barber, Chairman of Jonesboro Unlimited, says that the job growth through the pandemic and a tornado shows the resilience of the community. âWeâre creating opportunities for individuals to find a place to work that they enjoy in making meaningful contributions to not only their families and lives but to broader community here,â Barber said. âSo weâre thrilled to be able to see that in this type of environment.â ....
AMORY â Whitetails Unlimited is a national nonprofit conservation organization founded in 1982 focused on wildlife conservation of the white-tailed deer and its environment. The Monroe County chapter began in 2017, according to co-founder Chad Hill. âWe actively partner with the national organization in its mission to preserve a pristine environment for sportsmen while educating young people about wildlife conservation and hunter safety,â he said. âWe also engage in fundraisers to help veterans, as well as children who may be disabled or disadvantaged.â Hillâs local fundraising organization, D.T.D. Outdoors, has a three-fold mission in sponsoring local educational programs; promoting local wildlife habitat enhancement and acquisition; and preservation of the hunting tradition and shooting sports for future generations. ....
