Gov. Northam Opens Applications For Virginia Management Fellows (Richmond)- Governor Northam says applications are now open for the Virginia Management Fellows positions. The two-year fellowship program trains future leaders in branches of the government while also providing a salary and state benefits. Fellows will learn how to understand public administration theories and processes through classes designed for the Commonwealth.
