More than 2,000 packages of smuggled foreign-made cigarettes from Cambodia were detected by the border guard force in An Giang Province last year. The city People’s Committee has issued a plan to prevent smuggling and trade fraud before, during and after the Tet holiday, which falls on February 12. The crackdown will last until February 28. ....
