The acquisition also includes Montana Medical Transport, a premier regional provider of air medical transport services.
As the sole FBO at the Helena Regional Airport, EAM represents a strong entrance into the Mountain West Region for LEJC and complements the Company s network of high-quality facilities in Oregon and Washington.
