;Meteorologist Robert Suhr joined the 40/29 Get Ready Weather Team in November of 2020.
A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Robert comes to 40/29 from Bismarck, North Dakota where he spent the last two years forecasting the weather for Central and Western North Dakota, including blizzards, 60 below zero wind chills, triple digit heat and severe weather. While in Bismarck, Robert was nominated for a 2020 Upper Midwest Emmy Award for best Meteorologist.
For nearly 15 years, Robert worked at radio station, KDKA in Pittsburgh as an assignment editor as well as Sports Anchor at sister station Sports Radio 93.7.
Robert is a 2007 graduate of Point Park University in Pittsburgh where he earned his Broadcast Journalism degree. In 2017, Robert earned his Broadcast Meteorology Certificate from Mississippi State University. ....
