Well, you can never go wrong with some sultry tunes and strong sips. Live music has finally returned at Canary Club, the Lower East Side hot spot inspired by the sounds and flavors of New Orleans. The space, which debuted in fall 2019, boasts swanky vintage interiors, an upstairs bar, a private dining room, and, most notably, a subterranean music lounge that will take you back to the atmospheric jazz clubs of the past. The bi-level destination suspended their music programming for months due to the city s last ban on indoor dining, but it s now welcoming back guests and performers for weekends filled with jazz, soul, funk, and more. ....
