Opinion: Stewart's Holiday Match Program nets $750 for Norfolk Raymondville Food Pantry

The Norfolk Raymondville Food Pantry would like to thank the Stewart’s Holiday Match Program for its generous $750 donation. We would especially like to thank the employees and customers of Stewarts one half of the donation received from this program came from Stewart’s Customers perhaps you were one of them!
Using these funds, we are able to purchase food from the Food Bank of Central New York, specifically meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, canned goods, cereals and breads, dairy products and peanut butter, as well as dry goods such as pancake mix, pasta, and rice. ....

Potsdam Holiday Fund receives $1,000 donation from Stewart's Shops

POTSDAM The Potsdam Holiday Fund received a $1,000 donation from Stewart’s Shops through the company’s Holiday Match Program, which benefits children’s organizations directly within the communities where Stewart’s Shops are located.
All funds collected from Stewart’s customers, as well as the amount Stewart’s matches, stay in the communities that contributed to the program.

In December 2020, the Potsdam Holiday Fund provided warm winter clothing, food and gifts for 186 families, including 475 children and 124 senior citizens living in Potsdam and the surrounding communities. The communities served by the program include Potsdam, Hopkinton, Nicholville, Brasher Falls, Chase Mills, Fort Jackson, West Stockholm and ....

SARATOGA SPRINGS Stewart s Shops said Monday that 1,715 checks totaling $1.88 million, from contributions by customers that were matched by Stewart s Shops, are en route to local children s charities in area communities.

The Stewart’s Shops Holiday Match Program is at $1.4 million, and there’s a few collections days left.
As of Sunday, Dec. 20, donations collected a total $724,227 and with Stewart s match, that’s over $1,448,000.
The company operates stores in Massena, Canton, Potsdam, Ogdensburg, Winthrop and many other towns.
Customers are shopping at Stewart’s for a quick in and out; they choose to shop at Stewart’s because they feel safer versus the longer trips to big supermarkets. And even in these difficult times, many customers are donating their spare change to the Holiday Match Program to help nonprofits in their communities. ....
