More than 18,000 independent financial advisers with LPL Financial now have access to SmartAsset’s SmartAdvisor platform that connects validated consumer prospects with advisers across the U.S.
SmartAsset announced Thursday that it is a part of LPL’s Vendor Affinity Program, which is a network of third-party vendors that have agreed to provide their products and services to LPL advisers at discounted prices.
SmartAsset, with a reach of more than 100 million consumers, matches investors who are searching for financial advice with advisers. Advisers can select the geography and asset tier of prospects that they choose to work with. LPL Financial-affiliated advisers will also have access to SmartAsset’s Live Connections service ....

LPL Adds Lead Gen Service SmartAsset To Affinity Program
SmartAsset is partnering with LPL Financial to offer discounted lead generation tools to the independent broker/dealer s advisors.
Lead generation provider SmartAsset is now a part of LPL Financial’s Vendor Affinity Program, according to an announcement from SmartAsset. With its addition to the curated network of third-party vendors, SmartAsset joins SmartVestor and WiserAdvisor in offering its lead generation services to LPL-affiliated advisors at a discounted rate.
SmartAsset matches investors with “fiduciary financial advisors” and advisors can filter potential clients based on preferences like asset levels and geography. SmartAsset’s Live Connections, a “warm phone transfer” with a nearly 20% conversion rate, according to the firm, is included in the partnership.
