The mum of two boys who died in a horror car crash earlier this year had visited their alleged killer a day before, the boys father has claimed in documents filed as part of their ugly court battle.
More than six weeks have passed since Sheldon, 6, and Shane Shorey, 7, were allegedly killed by an unlicensed driver at Wellington, in NSW central west, on January 5, but still their bodies remain unburied.
Their parents Shayleen Frail and Joseph Shorey faced off in the NSW Supreme Court on Wednesday, unable to agree on whether to bury or cremate the two young boys. ....

Two young boys allegedly killed in a horror car crash were walking with their mum to meet the man now charged over their deaths when they were hit, it can be revealed.
Shayleen Frail s two sons Sheldon, 6, and Shane Shorey, 7, were killed instantly when a red Holden allegedly driven by Jacob Steven Donn, 25, mounted the gutter and hit them in Wellington, NSW, last Tuesday.
Police initially believed the mother was leaving the local pool with her sons and two other boys when the tragedy occurred.
But in a startling revelation, the two survivors of the crash have told loved ones they had not yet been into the pool that day. ....

Alleged Wellington hit-and-run driver refused bail

An allegedly unlicensed driver accused by police of killing two boys and injuring three other people in a horrific hit and run has not applied for bail.

An unlicensed driver behind the wheel of an out-of-control car that killed two boys in country New South Wales was allegedly seen driving erratically just seconds before the crash.
Jacob Donn, 25, allegedly fled the scene of a crash on Warne Street at Wellington, in central western NSW, after he lost control of his Holden sedan and ploughed into a mother, her three boys and a family friend.
Witness claim Donn was doing burnouts and donuts on the street moments beforehand.
The crash killed Sheldon, 6, and Shane Shorey, 7, instantly, while their mum Shayleen Frail, 34, and a family friend were both flown to Westmead Hospital in Sydney critical conditions. ....
