The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia made a comment in connection with the Appeal of the republican public organization Aruaa concerning the Foreign Policy Concept of the Republic of Abkhazia approved on December 4, 2020 by President Aslan Bzhania. Aruaa s appeal raises a number of claims regarding the procedure for adopting the Concept and its content, in particular, regarding clause 2.3. 
First of all, it should be noted that the draft Foreign Policy Concept was approved by executive authorities of the Republic of Abkhazia. Then the draft was sent for review and discussion to the Committee on International, Interparliamentary Relations and Relations with Compatriots of the Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia.
