Shemesh Automation invests in new USA facility
Shemesh Automation has purchased a new facility in the USA following considerable growth.
The 4,000 sqm site in Green Bay, Wisconsin, will be the flagship venue for Shemesh’s new US subsidiary, Shemesh USA Inc.
It will house the subsidiary’s complete spare parts inventory, a 200ppm complete wet wipes packaging demonstration line including rotary liquid filling, conduction sealing, rolls stuffing and labelling machines and serve as the new headquarters for Shemesh USA, Inc.
Mark Calliari, Shemesh USA director of North American operations, said the investment was a sign of the commitment the company has to the US market. “When you buy Shemesh, you are not just buying top-of-the-line machinery, you are buying into a long-term partnership – our significant investment in US-based personnel and now our Green Bay facility is testament to that. I am incredibly excited to be a part of this exciting new chapter for Shem ....
