The long-awaited grand opening of the new Susquehanna SPCA in Cooperstown. Tours were given on Saturday to the hundreds who showed up Susquehanna SPCA Executive Director Stacie Haynes says it may have taken a few years and a lot of fundraising to get to this day, but says this building is now a place so many people can be proud of, We are so excited to be here today at our purposely built state of the art facility that was designed to increase the health and safety of the animals.
