The City of Kingston and the Kingston Association of Museums, Art Galleries and Historic Sites have provided a $12,000 grant to the Frontenac Heritage Foundation towards the printing costs of a new book by local architectural historian Jennifer McKendry.
The book, titled “Kingston, the Limestone City,” examines stone structures built in the Kingston area between 1790 and 1930.

KINGSTON The owners of a renovated mid-19th century farmhouse on the city’s western edge and Davy House in Bath are the recipients of heritage conservation awards.
The Frontenac Heritage Foundation presented its 2020 awards to Carynne and Stephen Arnold, owners of the Aiken House at 4255 Bath Rd., and Konstantinos “Gus” Panageotopoulos, owner of the Davy House at 370 Academy St. in Bath.
